This pancake recipe is the perfect finger food to give your weaning baby. Serve with a dip such as our Apple, Prune and Cinnamon Puree for a great baby led weaning snack!
Cook time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 Adult portions
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
- Whisk together to make the batter.
- Heat a pan and add some oil and some salt-free butter.
- Add the batter one spoon at a time and cook for about 2 minutes or until they are brown.
