Cook time: 15 minutes
340g asparagus spears
4 mint leaves
125ml low salt vegetable stock
- Peel, wash and chop the asparagus
- Steam until tender and cooked through about 15 minutes
- Blend with the mint leaves and add the stock to form a runny purée
- Store portions in your weaning pots and freeze extra for future use.
