It is always great to hear stories of the different ways mums use their Mummy Cooks Portion Pots and Weaning Pots. They can range to anything from carrying creams while on holidays, storing loom bands to portion sizes when on a diet. Our storage pots range comes in 10 different sizes so as well as helping Mums figure out portion sizes for their baby, they are also useful when portioning food for yourself and your children.
Aside from cooking my next favourite past time is to explore the Irish countryside with my husband and my two girls. When I was at home (Boyle Co. Roscommon) over Christmas we were lucky enough to get a few nice days to go exploring.
We thought it would be really nice to follow the journey of a new Mum's experience with feeding her child. Catriona and baby Maeve have agreed to take part and each week Catriona will document how she is progressing, including what new foods Maeve has eaten and the consistency of the food.
We were delighted to have Catriona and Baby Maeve join us last week for our baby weaning class. Catriona has now kindly offered to share her story as Baby Maeve embarks on her baby led weaning journey. Over the next weeks we will be exploring how baby Maeve and mum Catriona get on with the weaning process. Mummy Cooks will be on hand to offer recipe ideas and advice. Here is part 2 of their weaning preparation.
Baby Maeve's self led weaning journey is well under way and it looks like she did really well with her first tastes. Keep up to date with how baby Maeve and mum Catriona get on with the weaning process. Equipped with their Mummy Cooks Weaning Pots and tasty baby led weaning recipes they can enjoy together, it is sure to be a success!
