Tuna Pasta Salad

Tuna Pasta Salad

I love that I can whip this up when I don’t have much food in the fridge. Make sure to have pasta pre-cooked and it will only take 5 minutes to prepare on a busy school morning.

Makes:

2 x 300ml flask portion

Ingredients:

4 tbsp sweetcorn, drained

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tin tuna, drained

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

400g cooked pasta, cooled

Method:

  1. Mix the sweetcorn, mayonnaise and tuna together in a bowl. Add in a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in the cooled pasta and combine.
  3. Add the pasta salad to a pre-chilled food flask or alternatively store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
