My baby-friendly Bounty Bar alternatives are healthy, delicious and so simple to make! These sugar-free treats are perfect to take as a snack on-the-go, or to be enjoyed as a tasty dessert. Your children will love helping you make them, so get them in the kitchen and involved in the process.
Portions: 12 x Bites
200g desiccated coconut
130ml melted coconut oil
3 tbsp of maple syrup
Dark chocolate, melted
- Add the ingredients to your food processor and blend for a few minutes. Aim for a creamy texture rather than simply mixing.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking tray into the freezer for about half an hour to set.
