Are hope is to one day be able to grow to a point where we can offer free delivery and returns services. For now while we are still to grow we have to charge a small cost to keep things going.

Delivery / Shipping

UK & Ireland:
Our postage cost is €4.50 or £3.80 for all orders.
Orders with a value less then €4.50 (£3.95) will be charged postage of €3.50 (£2.99)
*Please note labels will be charged at €1.65 or £1.38
Rest of World:
Our postage cost is €6.50 for all orders.
Orders with a value less then €4.50 will be charged postage of €5.50
*Please note labels will be charged at €2.50
Orders received before 4pm will be processed that day. Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next day.
Ireland (inc northern Ire) 1-2 working days
UK mainland: 2-3 working days
Mainland Europe: 4-6 working days
US and Canada: 7-14 working days
If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you. Mummy Cooks is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns policy.
We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it.
All of our products have a one year guarantee with proof of purchase. Mummy Cooks Ltd will deem goods to be faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within a year of purchase. These faults can only be deemed by Mummy Cooks. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should you consider your product faulty we ask that you provide proof of purchase, correct details needed as well as photographic evidence for inspection by us. If the product is found to be faulty by us and proof of purchase is valid, we will attempt to replace the part needed only. You will only receive a suitable replacement if the product is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and within our one year warranty as shown by proof of purchase. If you believe your Mummy Cooks product to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, please contact our Customer Services department by sending an email to email@example.com Your UK statutory rights are not affected.
To return an order please:
Contact our Customer Services Team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your reason for the return and a photograph if the product is damaged.
Incorrect or damaged goods*
We ask that you post the goods back to us and we will make a full refund of your order including the postage after it arrives. Our return address is 213 Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Dublin 14, Ireland. Please include your packing slip.
