This Elephant hot and cold pack is so handy for picnics and packed lunches, simply freeze and it'll keep your food cooler and fresher for longer.

Freeze for at least 1 hour for a cold pack that will last 40 minutes
Place in hot (not boiling) water for 10 minutes for a hot pack that will last 30 minutes
Caution: Not for children under 3 years of age, for external use only
