Back to School - Brain Food 101
Back to school blues are inevitable after any school break. As routine gets back on track, it’s important that the whole family is getting the brain food they need to keep focused and fuelled during the long weekdays. Spinach
Spinach packs a punch with its potassium levels, improving brain responses. Add some sautéed spinach to a morning breakfast of Omelette fingers, so the whole family (including weaning babies) can benefit from a brain boost.
Berries
Berries have anti-inflammatory powers that do wonders for the brain.
