As a small business, we really value every single one of our customers. Our hope is to one day be able to grow to a point where we can offer free delivery and returns services. For now while we are still growing, we have to charge a small cost to keep things going. We’re grateful for your support and hope you decide to give our products a try.

Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
If you live in an apartment block please double check that deliveries can be received if you are not at home.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of shipment please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Orders received before 12pm will be processed that day, where possible. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day.
We are at the mercy of the couriers/postal service delivering the goods to you. If you have ordered and the order cannot get out to you due to restrictions in place, we promise to make a full refund if you are not happy to wait until such a time as we are back up and running.
If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us on email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you where the order has not been processed. Mummy Cooks is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns policy.
We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it.
All of our products have a one year guarantee with proof of purchase. Mummy Cooks Ltd will deem goods to be faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within a year of purchase. These faults can only be deemed by Mummy Cooks. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should you consider your product faulty we ask that you provide proof of purchase, correct details needed as well as photographic evidence for inspection by us. If possible please include a photograph of the outer packaging box.
If the product is found to be faulty by us and proof of purchase is valid, we will attempt to replace the part needed only. You will only receive a suitable replacement if the product is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and within our one year warranty as shown by proof of purchase. If you believe your Mummy Cooks product to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, please contact our Customer Services department by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Your UK statutory rights are not affected.
To return an order please:
Contact our Customer Services Team by emailing us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your reason for the return and a photograph if the product is damaged. If possible please include a photograph of the outer packaging box.
Incorrect or damaged goods*

Our carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel multiple times. If it still remains undelivered the goods will be returned to Mummycooks. If you live in an apartment block please double check that deliveries can be received if you are not at home.
Change of mind :
We ask that you post the goods back to us and we will make a refund of your purchase excluding the postage after it arrives. Our return address is Mummy Cooks, Unit B3, Deerpark Industrial Estate, Oranmore, Co. Galway, H91 D452, Ireland. Please include your packing slip.
