Green Smoothie Lollies


Green smoothies are a fantastic way of getting greens into your diet. They also make great ice lollies for the kids and teething babies too!

Ingredients
1 banana
1 pineapple
1 mango
2 large handfuls of spinach
1 small glass of cold water

Place all of the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and blend until everything is combined.

Pour out a glass for yourself to enjoy and place the rest into ice lolly moulds and pop in the freezer for your little ones.
6 months+ - Set and freeze in small moulds and introduce as a finger food for baby to pick up and self feed.
