Weaning and Storage
-
6 months+ (Finger Food): Cut the prepared toast into strips. This is the perfect size and shape for your baby to grab, helping them practice their hand-eye coordination and self-feeding.
-
Allergen Introduction: Because the egg is fully hard-boiled, this recipe is a fantastic, safe way to introduce egg as a potential allergen into your baby's diet from 6 months of age.
-
Storage: This meal is best served fresh. However, to save time on busy mornings, you can hard-boil a batch of eggs in advance and store them (unpeeled) in the fridge for up to 3 days!
