Make Your Own Trail Mix

Make Your Own Trail Mix

You will most likely have all the ingredients for a trail mix in your cupboard so it's all about putting it together. Let your child make it up so that they are keen on eating it. Have one for home with nuts and one for school without nuts using two portions of seeds instead.

If you like the sound of this, there is a whole section on healthy, homemade snacks inside the Lunchbox Made Easy book!
