For optimal temperature please ensure the flask is full of food. For a smaller baby, we recommend using it with your weaning pots. The following sizes fit into your flask:
4-6 Months
6-7 Months

First Use:
We recommend that you wash the flask before using it for the first time and after each use. Firstly, make sure to remove all packaging from the product. You should wash the flask in warm soapy water, rinse well in hot water and air dry.

How to Use:
Heat the flask with boiling water for 5 minutes before you place your hot food inside. Our Food Flask is designed to keep food hot for up to 12 hours as long as the flask is full of food.

Food flask

Terrific product. My primary school age son was sending uneaten sandwiches back every day. He asked for one of these (having seen it in his class) and now demolishes a healthy, warm lunch of largely of leftovers every day. He’s doing much better and I don’t have the dread of making a sandwich every night after work which I know will be sent back untouched the next day.

Thermos food flask

Love this product. Ideal size for what I need now for my baby's weaning needs. Keeps food nice and toasty when I'm out and about.

Ten out of ten!

Love the products

I bought a set of weaning pots for my baby starting on solids and they're the perfect size for her stage. Purchased a food flask also and it's perfect for taking hot/cold lunches on the go. Perfect for picnics and trips out!

Perfect flask for school

I bought this for my 10 year old son who doesn't like sandwiches but loves pasta, stir fries etc. So now I can give him lunches that he will eat and enjoy. The flask is a perfect size and doesn't leak and is easy to wash. I filled it at 8am and lunch was at 1pm and was still hot. Just right for my son. Excellent product. I buy the portion sets also as they are great for smaller snacks in the lunch box.

Hi, I'm Siobhan!

I'm a Mum of two girls with a passion for nutritious, home cooked food. When I started to feed my first daughter Ashleigh, I loved to batch cook her baby food. It frustrated me that it wan't easy to get hold of decent quantity, practical little pots without them costing the earth. I therefore decided to create the best solution for portioning and freezing food.

I set up Mummy Cooks as a way of inspiring, educating and empowering parents to feed their children healthy, home cooked food.
