Meal prep for the family
Many of us aspire to lead healthier lifestyles for ourselves and our family. We want nutritious, homemade meals on the table every night and we want to be sure that our little one’s are getting all the nutrients they need every day. This is why meal prep is so important. I am a firm believer that having your lunches and dinners prepped and stored away can make life so much easier, and healthier!

Preparing food safely for the family
One area that I always focus on in my weaning class is teaching Mums how to safely prepare and store their baby food, but I find that it is equally important to be aware of how to safely prepare food for the entire family. By following a few guidelines, you can take the guess work out of wondering whether your food is safe to eat as well as ensure everything is stored away correctly in the fridge or freezer.
