Can I include a gift note with my order?

Yes! To include a gift note:

  • Add your products to cart
  • Open the cart and add a gift note ("Make a personalised gift note" dropdown)
  • Add the message that you wish to add to your order (max 250 characters)
  • Continue to checkout to complete your order

Customs

Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges.

We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees.

Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance.

Processing times 

Orders received before 12pm will be processed that day, where possible. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day.  

Change Requests

If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request it by contacting us on info@mummycooks.com and we will be happy to assist you where the order has not been processed. 

Mummy Cooks is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it.

Returns policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase but should you need to return an item you have 14 days from the day it was delivered to you to return it. Contact info@mummycooks.com to arrange your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We are unable to cover shipping costs of returns if we deem the product to have no manufacturing faults. If the product is in fact faulty, we will provide a full refund including the price of shipping.

Faulty Goods

All of our products have a one year guarantee with proof of purchase. Mummy Cooks will deem goods to be faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within a year of purchase. These faults can only be deemed by Mummy Cooks. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Should you consider your product faulty we ask that you provide proof of purchase, correct details needed as well as photographic evidence for inspection by us.   If possible please include a photograph of the outer packaging box.

If the product is found to be faulty by us or a part is missing component, and proof of purchase is valid, we will attempt to replace the part needed only. You will only receive a suitable replacement if the product is deemed to be a manufacturing fault and within our one year warranty as shown by proof of purchase. If you believe your Mummy Cooks product to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, please contact our Customer Services department by sending an email to info@mummycooks.com. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Undelivered items

Our carrier will attempt to deliver the parcel multiple times. If it still remains undelivered the goods will be returned to Mummycooks.  If you live in an apartment block please double check that deliveries can be received if you are not at home.
