Back to School - Brain Food 101

Back to school blues are inevitable after any school break. As routine gets back on track, it’s important that the whole family is getting the brain food they need to keep focused and fuelled during the long weekdays. Pack a hearty warm lunch in our thermos Food Flasks that your little ones will love you for. Keeps their food hot or cold for up to 12 hours!

Breakfast may be important to start your day right, but brain power doesn't stop in the AM. From Brain Boosting snacks and lunchbox ideas, to delicious dinners, we have you covered with recipes to fuel your family’s concentration, focus and energy for the busy term.


Banana is one of the best super-foods you can offer your children. It's full of potassium and other essential vitamins and minerals that will keep your child fuelled for a full day of school. Our Banana Bread Bites are perfect for lunchboxes and your younger children (including baby) can enjoy them too!


Spinach packs a punch with its potassium levels, improving brain responses. Easily add spinach to any smoothie, like our Green Lactation Smoothie and let the whole family (including your weaning baby) enjoy! Although this recipe is designed for breastfeeding mothers, it's perfect for anyone needing a little energy boost during the day and is full of essential nutrients. 


Berries have anti-inflammatory powers that do wonders for the brain.
