Hot & Cold Pack

This hot and cold pack is designed with travel in mind!

Under 100mls, so you can carry them in your hand luggage when travelling abroad.
So handy for picnics and packed lunches, keeping food either hot or cold.
To keep food warm: microwave for 30 seconds (600W)
To keep food cold: Freeze for at least 2 hours for a cold pack that will last 2-2.5 hours
It can also be used as pain relief or to reduce swelling, simply wrap in a towel before applying to the affected area.
