Chicken Meatballs

These baked chicken meatballs are a great alternative to beef and perfect as a finger food for your baby. They are also perfect for the whole family as a mid week meal. Serve them on skewers, rolled in flat bread, pop them into your Food Flask or just add to your homemade Tomato Sauce and serve with pasta. They are so easy!


Cook time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 Adult Portions

Ingredients
celery stalk, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
1 courgette, chopped
4 chicken breasts 
1 tsp cumin

Method

  1. Heat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.  
  3. Shape into small meatballs and place on baking tray. 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve warm. 
Weaning 
6 months+ - Introduce as a finger food for baby to pick up and self feed.
