Valentine's Cookies

Valentine's Cookies
We decided to depart from our usual healthy cooking and make some Valentine's Cookies as a Valentine's Day treat...it is a day for sweetness after all! Make sure to leave a good gap between each cookie or they will merge together.

It was great fun making the cookies and we had lots of licking fingers!
Cook time: 12 minutes
Makes: 12 cookies

225g butter, softened
110g Caster sugar
315g Plain Flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Icing Sugar
Red Food colouring
Chocolate, melted
Sprinkles
Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
