Makes: 4 Adult portions

1 Banana
Lemon juice
Dried apricots


  1. Slice the banana into rings.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Add the apricots on top, followed by the raisins and there you have it, perfectly healthy and delicious eyeballs!
