Pastinaken- und Birnenpüree

Dieses Pastinaken-Birnen-Püree ist ein natürlich süßer Leckerbissen voller Vitamine, die Ihr entwöhntes Baby lieben wird. Perfekt als erste Nahrung für kleinere Knirpse oder als Dip mit Fingerfood wie Biscotti für einen babygeführten Entwöhnungsgenuss für Ihre Kleinen.

Kochzeit: 15 Minuten
Portionen: 6 x 30ml / 1oz

Zutaten
1 Pastinake, geschält und gehackt
1 Birne, geschält und gehackt

Methode

Die gehackten Pastinaken und Birnen in einen Dampfgarer geben und 10-15 Minuten garen, bis sie weich sind.
Mixen oder pürieren Sie es, fügen Sie bei Bedarf Kochwasser hinzu, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist.

Entwöhnung und Lagerung
4-6 Monate – Blended Runny Püree
6-7 Monate - Glattes und etwas dickeres Püree, keine Klumpen
7-8 Monate - Dickeres Püree mit verbesserter Textur
8-9 Monate - Gehackt und mit weichen Klumpen püriert.
9-12 Monate – Gehackt und fein gehackt.
