Smoothies are an ideal snack or accompaniment to a meal for growing children. Serve cold in your child's chilled food flask and it will be a perfect mid-morning snack.
A twist on a summer classic - this is a great way to boost your child's vitamin C levels. When peaches are in season they are so delicious, if you have a reluctant fruit eater get them to give this a try and they will be begging for more!

Ingredients
250g peaches, fresh or frozen235ml almond milk or milk of choice
2 tbsp orange juice
Small handful of ice
Tip: To keep your smoothie nice and cold for a school snack, place in your child's chilled food flask.
Method:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice at the end and add more milk if needed.
