Apricot and Cashew Bliss Balls

Having these healthy bliss balls to hand are great for a little pick-me-up for a parent and for a small child. These nutritious snack balls are rich in calcium and dairy free they will last in the fridge for up to a week. 

I usually make a batch of these when heading off on a car journey. Using my 8oz Toddler Portion Pots to keep fresh and away from other foods. And then into my cooler bag. Check out or range of Travel Accessories to keep food safe on the go. 


Makes: 10 balls

Ingredients: 
12 dried apricots
40g (½ cup) desiccated coconut 
70g (½ cup)  cashews 
2 tbsp tahini

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined. 
  2. Remove from the food processor and shape into bite sized balls.
  3. Store in airtight portion pots for up to one week or freeze for future use.
