      TOP 3 WEANING TIPS

      TIP 1: LOVE YOUR FREEZER

The freezer can be your best friend. From batch cooking meals to freezing excess veggies, making the most of your freezer can take the stress out of meal times.

      TIP 2:SHARING IS CARING

When weaning your baby, it is important to make them feel part of the family meal time.

TIP 3: DON’T OFFER SOLIDS TOO SOON

Solids should not be offered before 4 months of age as your baby’s digestive system isn’t ready for them.

      TESTIMONIALS

Great book for first time Mum

This book is great for giving an introduction to how to move your child on to solids, portion sizes for different ages and guidance on salt, fats etc. The recipes are very easy to follow and make nice meals. I would definitely recommend it.

      Fantastic Book

Since I got your book, it has made the cooking process enjoyable, never thought I would be cooking my baby's first foods. Love the simplicity of the book and the ingredients are easily sourced. Started off with your famous Coconut Chicken Curry which went down a treat & looking forward to cooking some more dishes. Well done.

      Best baby book!

Recommend this book for all moms out there. I have few baby books with recipes but this one is by far my favourite. I can make the snack food dinners that my whole family enjoys without needing to cook a separate meal for the little one.
